PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage of a decomposition gas and to avoid solidifying of a tar by setting a heat treating furnace to a negative pressure, and disposing a part for cooling the gas by the air in a decomposition gas combustion furnace. SOLUTION: A decomposition gas introducing means 50 has an ejector having a gas introducing tube 51 and a nozzle member 52. The member 52 has a blower 53 for blowing a pressurized drive gas, and the ejector is disposed in a decomposition gas combustion furnace 34. One end of the tube 51 is opened with the furnace 34, and another end communicates with gas introducing tubes 35, 36. The member 52 is opened at its end with an opening of the tube 51, and connected at another end to the blower 53. This blower 53 ejects fresh air from the end of the member 52, and the decomposition gas is induced to the furnace 34 by sucking and conveying forces of the jet, and burned. Since the ejector is disposed in a high temperature in the furnace 34, the tar is not solidified, the gas is introduced into the furnace 34, and here burned.
