PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the use of any incombustible peripheral structure for reducing the cost of a facsimile equipment and also to eliminate the need for producing two types of control substrates of the facsimile equipment main body by placing a circuit connection circuit part and a power circuit part of the facsimile equipment in parallel to each other under a recording paper storing part. SOLUTION: A power unit 30 serves as a primary electric circuit and a circuit connection substrate 32 is hidden by the unit 30, and the peripheries of the unit 30 and the substrate 32 that is adjacent to the unit 30 are covered by a recording paper storing part 8, a rear armor cover 50 and the upper and lower covers. Only these cover members use the incombustible materials for securing the safety of this product. As no primary electric circuit exists at the parts excluding the said covered peripheries, the inexpensive materials different from the incombustible material are used at other parts. Thus, the cost of the product can be reduced. Use of the incombustible materials and use of the cover members of high strength can be restricted by separating the primary electric circuit from a secondary electric circuit.
