PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a collating time by a computer, and improve precision. SOLUTION: Detection signals from vibration sensors 51a, 51b... are inputted into a computer 10 as digital data by A/D converters 52a, 52b.... Vibration patterns of each vibration generation source are retained as digital data in a data base 11, and the computer 10 compares and checks a measured value with specific vibration data at S(1), and if the vibration is specified at S(2), the result is displayed on a display/output device 55. If the vibration is not specified, checking with another vibration pattern is executed, and the checking is repeated.
