PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make securable the visibility and the retrieval property of source data and to make preservable them in a form that forgery is difficult by converting at least source data or form type data into image data. SOLUTION: A file designation means 100 designates source data (x) as a processing object. An import means 101 imports and stores primary data x1 in a folder formed by a folder generation means 102. An image generation means 103 converts primary picture data x1 into primary picture data y1 in a TIFF type. A data generation means 104 generates secondary data x2 in the type of a slip from primary data x1. An image generation means 105 converts secondary data x2 into image data in the TIFF type and secondary picture data y2 is obtained. A reference data construction means 106 generates final data (z). |
