摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sphere layout method and a metal sphere layout device using a temporary plate which requires manufacture cost as metal spheres increase in number and decrease in diameter and has the high positioning precision of holding holes. SOLUTION: Metal spheres are placed in the holding holes 8 on the temporary array plate 5, sucked in metal sphere suction holes of a metal sphere array jig, transferred together to a metal sphere array object, and put on the metal sphere layout object. The holding holes 8 of the temporary plate 5 are constituted by through holes 9 formed in a thin plate 6 and a fine net 7 arranged at the bottom surfaces of the through holes 9. The thin plate 6 having the through holes 9 is manufactured preferably by electroforming or laser machining.
