PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain thermal deformation in the direction for contributing to a pressure sensitive characteristic of a pressure sensitive conductive elastic body, to eliminate a change in an elastic feeling, and to prevent exertion of influence on the pressure sensitive characteristic by coating the pressure sensitive conductive elastic body on a comb-shaped electrode with a thin skin having a small thermal expansion coefficient, high rigidity and durability to repetitive bending deformation. SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive conductive elastic body 3 is arranged on a base board 2 having a comb-shaped electrode 1, and the outside of these is coated with a thin skin 4 to be formed in a semicylindrical shape on a square shape having a circular arc-shaped cross section on the base board. A linear expansion coefficient of the thin skin < a linear expansion coefficient of the pressure sensitive conductive elastic body is realized, and a Young's modulus of the thin skin/a Young's modulus of the pressure sensitive conductive elastic body > a thickness of the pressure sensitive conductive elastic body/a thickness of the thin skin is realized. As a thickness of the pressure sensitive conductive elastic body, in a semicylindrical shape on a square shape having an arcuate cross section, the radius of curvature is set as the thickness. Thus, a pressure sensitive characteristic change is reduced over a wide temperature range so that a pressure sensitive conductive sensor can be used for an on-vehicle apparatus and an industrial pressure sensor.
