PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a magnetic flux in the same direction passing through the first and second exciting coils to reduce a leakage magnetic flux, by arranging the both coils to be cumulatively connected while sandwiching an electromagnetic induction heating layer, and to enhance heating efficiency thereby. SOLUTION: This heating device is constituted to heat an object 1 with an electromagnetic induction heating layer 1a, and has the first exciting coil 2 arranged facing the object 1 in a direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the object 1, and the second exciting coil 3 opposed to the first exciting coil 2 sandwiching the object 1 and arranged in co-operation to the first exciting coil 2.
