PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the shock due to fall, etc., of an attractive plane facing a magnet of a spindle as it eventually projects out of a case, thus preventing damage to a magnetic recording media. SOLUTION: The center core 3 comprises a flange 9 to which a disc-like magnetic recording medium 2 is fixed, a central reference plane 5 butted to the top end face of a spindle 10 to position, a peripheral attractive plane 7 which is formed annularly around the reference plane 5 at a lower level than the reference plane and faces a magnet 13 of the spindle 10 and a coupling 8 for coupling the attractive plane 7 with the flange 9. The attractive plane 7 is provided with a shock absorbing member 20.
