PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an unstopping machine for the rubber stopper of a blood collecting pipe, in which the rubber stopper of the blood collecting pipe is pulled out from the opening of the blood collecting pipe in a state that the rubber stopper is held by a claw, in which the pulled-out rubber stopper is set to a state that the rubber stopper is held by an unstopping device and in which the rubber stopper is unstopped without being scattered so as to be collected in a collection container. SOLUTION: An unstopping device which is composed of two unstopping claw plates 5, 6 which are faced in the upper part and the lower part is connected to a back-and-forth moving device 7 which is installed at a machine body 1, in such a way that the unstopping device is moved in the front and rear directions by the action of the device 7. The movement by the back-and-forth moving device is controlled in such a way that the opposite interval between the unstopping claw plate 6 on the upper side and the unstopping claw plate 5 on the lower side is expanded when the unstopping device is advanced up to a position before a rubber stopper 3, which seals and stoppers the upper-end opening of a blood collecting pipe 2 which is parallel-supported by a rack R due to the pushing operation of the back-and- forth moving device and which is filled into the machine body, that the unstopping device is turned so as to take an upright posture, that the opposite interval is narrowed when its turning operation is finished, that the unstopping device is moved to the rear after it falls down to the rear so as to be turned by keeping the narrowed state of the opposite interval, and that the opposite interval is expanded at the final stage of its movement.
