PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing and a motor having the bearing to improve assembly workability, reduce cost, and modify aperiodic blurring by reducing a sound volume during rotation. SOLUTION: A bearing comprises a ball 60; outer race parts 64 and 66 fixed at a stator; intermediate parts 68 and 70 having a ball 60 located between the outer race parts 64 and 66 and rotatable against the outer race parts 64 and 66; and an inner race part 62 fixed on the peripheral surface of the shaft 16 of a rotor 12 and exerting a pre-load through the ball 60 between the intermediate parts 68 and 70 and the outer race parts 64 and 66 by pressing the inner race in the inner peripheral surfaces of the intermediate parts 68 and 70.
