PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition capable of bringing an immediately effective tensing effect, hardly providing danger to a consumer, and having properties such as satisfying properties and long-lasting properties. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition containing an effective amount of at least one kind of a mineral filler except a mixed silicate in a physiologically acceptable medium, and having immediately effective wrinkle-preventing properties is regulated so that the mineral filler may have a shape of colloid particles at least 70% of which has 0.1-100 nm diameters in the dispersion in an aqueous, alcoholic or hydroalcoholic medium.
