PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic air conditioning system suitable for a local heating under a partial loading showing a poor operating efficiency at an air conditioning facility, either in the case of heating small rooms such as a toilet, a lavatory, a bath room and a dressing room or the like or in the case of heating a part of a building at midnight or early in the morning, under utilization of hot water to be fed and flowed in a hot water feeding circuit of a hot water feeding facility. SOLUTION: A hot water feeding facility A is comprised of a heating device 1 for feeding hot water; a hot water storing tank 2 for storing hot water heated and generated by the heating device 1; a hot water feeding circuit 3 including a hot water going pipe 3a and a hot water returning pipe 3b connected to the hot water storing tank; a hot water feeding water plug 5 connected to a hot water feeding going pipe in the hot water feeding circuit; and a circulating pump 4 for feeding hot water. A heat radiator such as a fan coil unit 13 is connected to the hot water feeding circuit 3 through a flow passage changing-over means 14 for use in changing-over between a state in which hot water to be fed flows in a coil 11 and a state in which the hot water bypasses the coil 11 and flows.
