PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting receiver capable of preventing increase of the cost without additionally mounting any connector exclusive for writing or the like at the time of writing an execution program in a non- volatile memory, and holding high security by preventing any program in the non-volatile memory from being rewritten by a third person without permission. SOLUTION: When the power source of a digital broadcasting receiver main body 1 is supplied in a state that an outside wiring module 3 is connected, a starting means 18 judges that this mode is a program wiring mode, and a CPU 11 executes an execution program exclusive for writing from a memory in the outside writing module 3 instead of a non-volatile memory 12. Then, program data to be written are inputted through a stream input connector 14 to a stream processing part 16, and down-loaded to the non-volatile memory 12 after PID filtering processing or de-scramble processing is executed.
