PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the durability of a pressure sensing member even when CO2 is used as a refrigerant and also prevent the operating characteristics of an opening/closing valve from being unstable. SOLUTION: This refrigerant compressor is formed so that an inert gas is sealed into a spring storage case 82 for storing a spring, a cooling space 87 surrounding the case 82 is provided in a bypass circuit 84, a low pressure refrigerant gas is led from a suction port temporarily into a suction chamber 13, and the refrigerant gas is returned again to the suction chamber 13 after being passed through the bypass circuit 84. When the low pressure refrigerant gas passes the bypass circuit 84, the inert gas inside the case 82 is cooled by the refrigerant gas. Thus, even if the temperature of a rear head 3 is raised, a temperature rise of the inert gas inside the case 82 is suppressed, and an inert gas pressure can be prevented from being varied. |
