PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid leaking of the importance items of a credit card by allowing a settling institution to issue a temporary settling number to a user, to set a using condition and judge the validity, etc., of a contract based on a temporary settling number presented from a store, etc. SOLUTION: The managing device 1 of a settling institution such as a credit company, a bank, gives a temporarily settling number in response to the request of a user 2 with the validity confirmation of a credit contract between with the user 2 as a prerequisite and manages it. The using condition of the temporary settling number is set by the selection of the user 2 or the settling institution. Then, a terminal device which can be connected to a communication line between with the settling institution for inputting prescribed information including the temporary settling number is installed at a store 3, etc., in order to access to the settling institution from the store 3, etc., when the user 2 purchases. The temporary settling number presented through this store terminal is taken into the device 1 to judge the acceptance or refusal of settling including confirming of the using condition added to the number. Thus, a charge for credit can be settled. |
