PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wire an earphone or headphone cable. SOLUTION: A frame 33 adopts a metal with proper elasticity and excellent strength for a core metal, and a synthetic resin is coated around the core metal. A groove 33b with a structure of providing elasticity to at least one wall face is provided along a lower face of the frame 33 not conspicuous in terms of outward appearance to lock a cable 40 for connected to an earphone. A plurality of projections 33c are provided at a prescribed interval in this groove 33b and locks the cable 40 by pushing the cable 40 into the groove 33b from the projection 33c. Moreover, the locked cable 40 is extracted from a termination section 33d of the groove 33b provided around both ends of the frame 33.
