PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts mounting structure which can attach electronic parts apart simply and easily to the main body, and, besides, can remove them easily, in an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: This fastening means comprises parts placing frames 5, 6 and press-in pole 7 which are provided at the body casing 1 of an electronic apparatus, a resin sheet 4 whose one side is provided with an adhesive layer, and a press-in hole 12 which is provided in the resin sheet 4. A speaker 2 and a coin battery 3 are placed on the parts placing frames 5 and 6, and they are covered with the resin sheet from above. The resin sheet 4 catches the speaker 2 and the coin battery 3 on the casing 1 by locking of the press-in pole 7 and the press-in hole 12, and the adhesion with the adhesive layer.
