PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tractor-towing type soil-conveying unit, having a good working property since a work for taking up or dropping the soil in a field is done automatically by a power of the tractor, and capable of correctly judging the excess or shortage of the soil at high and low positions by supplementing the eye observation. SOLUTION: This tractor-towing type soil-conveying unit is provided by assembling a driven frame so as to move up and down along a prime moving frame mounted on a tractor as capable of being driven up and down by a lower link and a top link provided at the rear of the tractor, installing a spatula member for scooping the soil for flattening the unevenness of a field at the lower end of the driven frame, mounting a conveying body for scooping and receiving the soil taken up by the spatula member at the lower end of the driven frame as reversible, and installing a pulley mechanism for hanging the driven frame at the prime moving frame with a wire so as to move up and down for doubling the movement of the prime moving frame among the tractor, the prime moving frame and the driven frame.
