<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic shaping device capable of speedy operation by controlling the outputs of cells even when there are at least two competing cells. SOLUTION: Even when there are at least two competing cells, speedy operation is enabled by controlling the outputs of cells through a cell storage means 16, an output possibility discriminating means 13 and a means 18 for storage by connections. Various functions can be expanded only by refining individual means without considering an influence upon another means by mutual loose coupling of operation of the output possibility discrimination of respective connections by using the change of present time as a trigger, operation of remultiplexing of output enable connections by using the output of the cell as a trigger and operation of updating of output enable time by using the output of the cell as a trigger.</p> |
