PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece capable of arbitrarily changing to a dial coincident with a user's own taste by the user. SOLUTION: A transparent front cover 4 is openably and closably provided in a timepiece frame 1. A timepiece movement 5 is fixed to a back surface of the frame 1. A dial 2 made of a transparent material is arranged on a front surface of the frame, and a decorative sheet 3 is superposed on a rear surface of the dial 2. A hand shaft 5a projected from the movement 5 is projected forward of the dial through through holes of the dial 2 and the sheet 3, and a hand is detachably mounted at a projected end. The dial 2 and the sheet 3 are held so as to be attached and detached by opening a front cover 4 and removing the hand from the shaft 5a. As the sheet 3, a user's own taken photograph or the like can be used, and made as his own watch. An upper hook 6 and a lower hook 7 for hanging are provided on the back surface of the frame 1.
