PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance even upon damage of a plug case to be connected with the controller of an electric floor heater while preventing intrusion of water into a PC plate case from the lower section thereof by arranging the plug case to be assembled/disassembled or removed from the side end part of the floor heater body toward the upper surface side. SOLUTION: An electric heater assembly 2 comprising heating wires and sensor wires placed in a heat insulating material, e.g. a felt, is attached to the lower surface of the floor plate material 1 in a floor heater. A plug case 4 to be connected with a controller 3 for turning on/off or controlling power supply and switching the heating area can be assembled, disassembled or removed from the side end part of the floor heater body toward the upper surface side. Since the controller 3 and the receiving part thereof, i.e., the plug case 4, are made of plastic, the plug case 4 and connecting parts thereof can be disassembled toward the upper surface side upon occurrence of damage or failure.
