PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent looseness of a screw with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A rubber-baked nut 1 has a rubber plate 3 baked on a side surface of a nut 2 and then fixed. The nut 2 and the rubber plate 3 are formed with a female screw 4 and a screw forming through-hole 5, respectively, along an axis 1a of the rubber-baked nut 1. An inner diameter Dr of the screw forming through-hole 5 is formed so as to be slightly larger than an inner diameter Di of the female screw 4 while being smaller than a diameter Do of a root of the female screw 4. When a male screw of a bolt is screwed into the female screw 4, a tip of the male screw is threaded into the screw forming through-hole 5 to form a female screw on the screw forming through-hole 5 by the male screw itself. Since the female screw formed on the screw forming through-hole 5 fits the male screw of the bolt and is formed by compressing the rubber plate 3, pressure is exerted on the surface and large frictional force is generated. The frictional force prevent the screws from being loosened.
