The adjusting mechanism A further comprises a rack 25 installed in the slide valve 24, a gear 26 engaged with the rack 25, and a motor 27 rotatably supporting and driving the gear 26. The delivery port 23 can be slid from a fully opened state to a fully closed state by the control of rotation of the motor 27 so that the opening of the delivery port 23 can be adjusted with high accuracy.
