PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set stator voltage generated by an output of a stator to a prescribed value and less by discharging battery voltage of a battery in a voltage control circuit when the battery voltage is larger than a prescribed value, and generating battery voltage of the prescribed value. SOLUTION: Starter driving force of a starter is transmitted through a belt cum driving for an auxiliary machine, and a crank, an engine is started, and it is judged whether battery voltage is a prescribed value and less or not (S1). When it is judged that the battery voltage is the prescribed value and less, a routine is completed. When the battery voltage is larger than the prescribed value, the battery is discharged, and the battery voltage is set to the prescribed value, and starter voltage having a prescribed value is generated (S2). And then, a routine is completed by generating the starter voltage having the prescribed value.
