PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of void within a liquid crystal cell after a liquid crystal is injected without elongating vacuum holding time at the time of sticking a color filter substrate to a counter substrate by sticking the color filter substrate to the counter substrate under reduced pressure to simultaneously execute formation of a liquid crystal cell and the injection of the liquid crystal. SOLUTION: A color filter substrate single body is arranged in a thermostat to heat it up to a prescribed temperature for suppressing the generation of void within a liquid crystal cell after a liquid crystal is injected in the cell. Further the color filter substrate is held under the condition of the minimum temperature of 120 deg.C, the maximum temperature of 250 deg.C, the minimum time of 6 hr and the maximum time of 12 hr, then released to be at ordinary temperature. After that, a prescribed quantity of the liquid crystal is dropped into at least one of the color filter substrate and the counter substrate and the color filter substrate and the counter substrate are stuck with each other under reduced pressure to simultaneously execute formation of a liquid crystal cell and injection of liquid crystal. Thereby, the generation of void can be suppressed without elongating vacuum holding time at the time of sticking the color filter substrate and the counter substrate.
