COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, MOBILE WIRELESS PHONE AND CHANNEL SELECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that enhances satisfactorily reception quality and autonomy of a mobile wireless phone. SOLUTION: This communication system includes at least one mobile wireless phone H, having a means M1 to confirm a 1st channel list L1 with respect to the vicinity and a base station B having a means M21 to confirm a 2nd channel list L21 with respect to the vicinity. The mobile wireless phone has a means M22, that sets up a 3rd channel list L22 on the basis of the 2nd channel list received from a base station using at least one message and a selection means M3 that selects a channel CH on the basis of the 1st and 3rd channel lists. This communication system is applied to a digital phone system.
