PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an water supply device for automatic ice maker in a refrigerator in which variation of water supply due to variation in the quantity of water in an water supply tank before final water supply after the tank is fully filled is suppressed. SOLUTION: The water supply device comprises an water supply tank 12, an water supply pipe 16 having lower end 16a disposed on the bottom in the tank 12 and lead out to the outside from the upper part of the tank 12, and an water supply pump 14 coupled with the water supply pipe 16, and a motor 18. The water supply pump 14 is operated by the motor 18 to pump up water from the bottom of the tank 12 through the water supply pipe 16 and to supply water to an automatic ice maker 50. In such a water supply device, a voltage being applied to the motor 18 is increased for a predetermined time Ta after starting water supply.
