PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set having an audio function, a portable telephone function and a personal computer(PC) communication function. SOLUTION: When a user requests an audio mode by pressing a key 70, a control part 60 transmits audio data stored in a data storage part 40 to a headphone 110. When an incoming call is detected just while the user listens to audio with the headphone 110, the control part 60 interrupts the audio mode, retrieves an incoming tone kind setting part 63 and recognizes whether the set kind of incoming tone is incoming melody or audio. When the set kind of incoming tones is audio, the control part 60 transmits audio data stored in the data storage part 40 to the headphone 110. The user listening to audio recognize an incoming call from the headphone 110. A universal serial bus(USB) hub controller 80 transfers audio data in the data storage part 40 and speech voice data through a USB to a PC.
