PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch circuit with less distortion in a transmission signal and a power loss attended therewith by increasing a level fall time with respect to an increase in the potential of an antenna circuit at transmission switching. SOLUTION: This circuit 1 has resistors R5, R6 and diodes D1, D2 that recover a level of a 1st signal terminal P1, and MESFETs 21-24 that perform switching. The 1st signal terminal P1 and a 2nd signal terminal P2 are conductive for a reception period and the 1st signal terminal P1 and a 3rd signal terminal P3 are conductive for a transmission period. The increase in a level at the 1st signal terminal P1 at transmission changeover is quickly recovered by the resistors R5, R6 and inserting diodes D1, D2 to the circuit enhances a degree of freedom of the MESFET design.
