PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of simply attaching/detaching a terminal metal fixture. SOLUTION: A cavity 33 for housing a male side terminal metal fixture 20 is installed in a male housing 30, and a lance 36 projecting in the cavity and capable of engaging with the male side terminal fixture 20 and a hook part 40 are installed. The hook part 40 is installed in a cantilever shape from the outer wall 39 of a low height part 31, and the front slope of a locking projection 41 locked in a locking part 26 is used as a guide surface 42. When the male housing 30 is engaged with the inside of a fitting recess 11, bending deformation toward the outside of the hook part 40 is regulated by the inner surface of the innermost part 13, coming out of the male side terminal metal fixture 20 is stopped. After the male housing 30 is taken out of the fitting recess 11, while locking with the lance 36 is tripped, when an electric wire W is stretched, the hook part 40 is guided along the guide surface 42, bent outward to trip the locking state, and the male side terminal metal fixture 20 can be taken out.
