PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature rise of the non-feed section of a fixing film when small-sized paper is fed and to stabilize the conveyance of a sheet-like recording material by providing a lubricating layer including boron nitride or graphite of a hexagonal system low-voltage phase between a good heat conductive member and a heating member at a position facing a pressure member forming a nip section via the heating member heating by electromagnetic induction. SOLUTION: A recording material P transferred with a color toner image is guided to a fixing nip section N between a fixing film 10 heated by a magnetic field generating means of an exciting circuit, exciting coils 18a, 18b and magnetic cores 17a, 17b, 17c and a pressure roller 30, and it is pinched, heated, fixed, and discharged. A good heat conductive member 40 arranged on a film guide 16a supporting the fixing film 10 on its inside on the opposite face side to the pressing roller 30 of the fixing nip section N unifies the temperature distribution in the longitudinal direction and improves the heat transfer from a non-feed section, thereby the sliding property of a lubricating layer 41 between the good heat conductive member 40 and fixing film 10 is improved, and an increase of the driving torque of the pressing roller 30 is prevented.
