PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration control device for a pole with a simple structure, capable of horizontal and vertical damping and secured damping performance in the wide area of frequency. SOLUTION: A horizontal damping part 10 is constituted of a first short-tubular supporting body 11, a first viscous elastic body layer 16 connected with the upper side of the bottom cover 11b thereof, a first mass body 14 connected with the first viscous elastic body layer, and a plurality of horizontal restoration springs 17 mounted between the surrounding wall 11a of the supporting body 11 and the first mass body 14. A vertical damping part 20 is constituted of a second short-tubular supporting body 21, the horizontal damping part 10 forming a second mass body, a second viscous- elastic body layer 26 interposed in a corner space between the surrounding wall 21a of the second short-tubular supporting body 21 and the surrounding wall 11a of the first short-tubular supporting body 11, and a plurality of vertical restoration springs 27 mounted between the bottom cover 11b of the first short-tubular supporting body 11 and the bottom cover 21b of the second short-tubular supporting body 21. It is thus possible to integrate the horizontal damping part damping horizontal vibration and the vertical damping part damping vertical vibration into a compact vibration control device for a pole. |
