摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture irrespective of a length of a carrier made of a base material and a compound having a carbodiimide group carried by the material by immobilizing a nucleic acid in a dotted manner at a plurality of positions of the carrier through the carbodiimide group. SOLUTION: A carrier base material for carrying a compound having a carbodiimide group is solvent insoluble and solid or gel at an ambient temperature or its near temperature range. As the carrier base material, for example, plastic, inorganic polymer, ceramics or the like is used. As the compound having the carbodiimide group, a carbodiimide having a low molecular weight such as a monocarbodiimide synthesized by a general manufacturing process such as a dehydration from a polycarbodiimide is used. The polycarbodiimide is manufactured from an organic polyisocyanate compound in the presence of a catalyst for accelerating carbodiimide deriving of an isocyanate. The nucleic acid immobilized base is manufactured by immobilizing the same or different nucleic acids in a dotted manner at a plurality of positions of the carrier made of a solvent insoluble base material and the carbodiimide compound carried on the base material through the carbodiimide group.
