RECOGNITION ILLUMINATION DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC PART SUPPLY APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recognition illumination device capable of preventing the recognition error of an object to be recognized by changing over the light shielding and transmission of light using a polarizing film and an electronic part supply apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: A shutter illuminator 5 having a polarizing film 4a and illuminating an electronic part 46 by light from the rear, a mirror cylinder 9 through which light passes, a fixed illuminator 10 for illuminating the electronic part 46 by light from below and a changeover wheel 11 formed in the mirror cylinder 9, and having a polarizing film 4b capable of changing over the light shielding and transmission of light rotation, are provided. The changeover wheel 11 is rotated to change over such a state that the polarizing direction of the polarizing film 4b is shifted by 90 deg. with respect to that of the polarizing film 4a, and such a state that the polarizing direction of the polarizing film 4b becomes the same direction as that of the polarizing film 4a.
