PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recognizable the inside state value, that is, phase adjustment value of a PLL counter, and to make clearable whether or not the cause of any operation failure generated at the time of evaluating a system is due to a PLL circuit. SOLUTION: The inside state value of a PLL counter 52 is copied to a PLL counter copy 57 by a copy circuit 56, and the inside state value of the PLL counter 52 copied to the PLL counter copy 57 is read through a scan path by a diagnostic processor 300. Afterwards, the read inside state value is edited by the diagnostic processor 300 so that the inside state of a PLL circuit can be monitored from the outside. |
