PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having extremely high resolution. SOLUTION: This photosensitive composition comprises (A) a 20-89 weight % water-soluble vinyl polymer and (B) a 1-30 weight % water-soluble azide compound and (C) 10-80 weight % at least one kind of water-soluble vinyl monomer selected from among a group comprising a water-soluble monomer, having an aromatic ring and a water-soluble monomer having a hetercyclic ring and an acrylic water-soluble monomer having a molecular weight of 130 or greater. |
