PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an device and method for washing the small tubes of a heat exchanger for effectively supplying washing liquid to the small tube that needs to be washed. SOLUTION: A pair of washing liquid supply element 27 and washing liquid exhaust element 28 being installed at a specific number of capillaries 24 that need to be washed, and a washing liquid supply/exhaust support device 31 supporting and fixing the washing liquid supply element 27 and the washing liquid exhaust element 28 are provided, and at the same time the small tubes 24 are washed by a single washing process.
