<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the ability expansion and performance improvement of a television system by providing a touch converter and a transmitter operationally related to a television display and transmitting the output of the touch converter to an external receiver. SOLUTION: In the feedback circuit of a television system 18 of closed loop, the interaction of a viewer concerning display contents or display position is transmitted as a feedback output signal 26 to an external receiver, namely, to a source system 32 by a touch panel overlay 24 and the input of the viewer can be dynamically recognized. Especially, the action of touching a panel is distinguished as related information (namely whether the viewer watches a prescribed station or not) or as information of the display position (namely whether the viewer watches the first, second, third or fourth quadrant of a picture or touches prescribed (x) and (y) display coordinates).</p> |
