PURPOSE: Provided are a preparing equipment of blended fiber by braiding weave and a preparing method thereof, therefore reducing manufacturing cost, controlling the content of thermoplastic fiber by controlling braiding angle or transferring velocity and increasing volume rate of reinforcing fiber by giving proper pressure only. CONSTITUTION: The preparing equipment is comprised of: a bobbin(10); a weaving machine(15,21) braiding the reinforcing fiber(30) supplied from the bobbin; cylinders(16) and a caterpillar(17) passing the blended fiber(31) prepared from the weaving machine; a winder(18); and fiber branch parts set between the bobbin and the weaving machine. The preparing method is characterized by using the reinforcing fiber as longitudinal fiber and the thermoplastic fiber as braiding fiber.
