PURPOSE: A power source for a radio apparatus is provided to minimize a transformer's volume and to facilitate usage and handing by supplying a power source to a stationary radio apparatus and a portable handy radio apparatus through one power source's supply device. CONSTITUTION: A power source for a radio apparatus adds an additional control part. The apparatus contains a main control part(40a) which successively selects voltage by a variable resistance performing a volume role and a subcontrol part(40b) which selects the specified voltage by a selector(SEL) to the general structure.
