PURPOSE: Provided is a speed-change feeder of a grey yarn for a fiber machine feeding satisfactorily a rayon yarn, a hard twisted yarn and so on having zero of elasticity. CONSTITUTION: The feeder is characterized by: an intelligent drum(230) connected to a combined disk; an energy transfer device factor connected to the intelligent drum with a bearing device or a shaft factor; a grey yarn(15s) transferred and storing to a disk(21); the disk(21) moved by the grey yarn(15s) to stop operation of the intelligent drum(230); the disk moved by delivery of the stored grey yarn(15s) to store the grey yarn(15s); and devices(25,25b) transferring rotational energy to the disk additionally. By the devices, the feeder can supply the grey yarn free and variously.
