METHOD FOR CORRECTING DEGREE OF CHARGING OF DISTRIBUTION CHUTE FOR CHARGED MATERIALS IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for correcting a degree of charging of a distribution chute for charged materials in a blast furnace is provided to maintain stable conditions of a blast furnace by easily checking an abrasion amount of a rotation chute. CONSTITUTION: A method for correcting a degree of charging of a distribution chute for charged materials in a blast furnace comprises the processes of detecting electric current impressed on a rotation chute using area resistance variation of the rotation chute according to a degree of abrasion amount of a rotation chute; a signal transform process transforming the detected current into data; calculating a tilting degree of angle correction value in which a tilting degree of angle correction value of a rotation chute is obtained according to a degree of abrasion amount; correcting a tilting degree of angle for charging of the rotation chute in which the rotation chute is operated by compensating the compensation value of tilting degree of angle for set input of tilting degree of angle of the rotation chute, and values detected at a degree of angle detection part are compared and judged for correction during the next charging; and judging an exchange period of the rotation chute in which an abrasion limit value of the rotation is set, and it is displayed and informed to an operator when an abrasion value of the rotation reaches to the abrasion limit value.
