摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling a concentration of sulfuric acid ions in an electrolytic chromium solution for post-treating electroplating is provided to prevent nonuniformity of surface color and chrome adhered amount by automatically controlling a concentration of sulfuric acid ions in an electrolytic chromium solution of an electroplating equipment. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a concentration of sulfuric acid ions in an electrolytic chromium solution for post-treating electroplating consists the processes of presetting a standard (target) concentration in the optimum operation conditions of sulfuric acid ions in an electrolytic chromium solution at a PCS (3); deciding an analyzing concentration by analyzing a concentration of sulfuric acid ions in a circulation tank (1) of electrolytic chromium solution; deciding a pumping time of a metering pump (4) by comparing the target concentration at the PCS (3) with the analyzing concentration, thereby calculating an input amount of H2SO4; operating the metering pump (4) by distributive control system in the PCS (3) during the decided pumping time, thereby pouring sulfuric acid in a sulfuric acid storage tank (14) into the circulation tank (1) of electrolytic chromium solution so that a concentration of sulfuric acid ions in the electrolytic chromium solution is automatically controlled.
