PURPOSE: The same document offering method for the multimedia counsel service is provided to go on counsel while sharing with the same document between both counsel participants. CONSTITUTION: A counsel participant(counsel requester or counselor) refers the data to connect with the data server(301,302). The counselor checks if the counsel requester asks a counsel(303). If no, the counselor checks if receiving the counsel request(304). If no request, the counselor continues to refer the data(302). After receiving the counsel request, the counselor gets the document location information(305). While referring the received document location after obtaining a control right(306), the counselor goes on the counsel(307). If the counselor ends the counsel during the counsel, the service ends up(308). If no exit request, the counselor checks if possessing the control right(309). If yes control right, the counselor inputs a command and sends the command to the counsel requester's terminal(315). The same command processing simultaneously happens to the counsel requester's terminal. The counselor tries to deliver the control right to the counsel requester(312) and keeps counseling(307). If no control right, the counselor receives the command from the counsel requester(313) and carried out the command(314).
