PURPOSE: To provide a sheet with movable contacts and sheet switch structure superior of operation sense when operating, excellent in adhesion to a sheet member put over the movable contacts and obtaining high contact reliability by preventing separation to prevent the entry of dust, even when pressing the movable contact stuck close to the outer peripheral part of the sheet with the movable contacts and a sheet of a sheet switch. CONSTITUTION: This sheet with movable contacts is provided with a first sheet 1, made of an insulating film having an adhesive face with an adhesive applied to the lower face, a plurality of metallic dome-shaped movable contacts 3 stuck in the upper face covered state to the adhesive face of the first sheet 1, and a second sheet 4 made of an insulating film with an adhesive applied to the lower face, stuck to the lower face of the first sheet 1 and having a plurality of storage holes for enclosing the movable contacts 3. Connecting holes 4b for mutually connecting the adjacent storage holes 4a, 4a are formed in the second sheet 4.
