PURPOSE: To provide a method for mounting electronic components for reducing tact time and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: In the method for mounting electronic parts at a single substrate 3 by a plurality of traveling tables 4 with a loading head 7 and a camera 8 for recognizing a substrate, the image of the substrate for calibration where a reference mark for calibrating a position is provided by the camera 8 for acquiring position calibration data characteristic of the traveling tables 4, the position of the substrate 3 is recognized by one of the cameras 8, when the electronic components are to be mounted, and the position of the traveling tables 4 is controlled, based on the position recognition result of the substrate and the position calibration data characteristic of the traveling tables when the electronic parts are to be mounted to the substrate 3 by the loading head 7, thus reducing substrate recognition time and improving productivity.
