PURPOSE: A turbocharger engine is provided to be prevented from being damaged caused by abnormal exhaust gas and super pressure and to reduce the discharge of exhaust gas by a safety device. CONSTITUTION: A turbocharger engine comprises a valve body(20), a plunger guiding hole(21), a plunger(22), a space(24), through holes(25,26) and a supercharge air discharge hole(27). When exhaust gas pressure increases more than available value, a waste gate actuator opens a bypass pipe to prevent a turbine from excessively rotating. In case of the trouble of the waste gate actuator, a plunger(22) is moved against the elastic rebound force of a return spring(23) to close the through hole(26) and to open the oversupplying air discharge hole. Then, a control rack returns by the spring and the plunger is rotated in the position of a minimal fuel injection. Finally, the rotational speed of the turbine is decelerated.
