PURPOSE: A heat sink for power transistor and an air cleaner having heat sink are provided to reduce the size of the air cleaner and to improve the electric heat effect by restraining the separation bubble. CONSTITUTION: The heat sink(31) comprises a base substrate(33) having power transistors, and a plurality of electric heat pins(37) mounted on the base substrate. The electric heat pins are arranged by column groups(35a-35e) and the base substrate is placed aslant to the air fluid and the electric heat column groups are placed in parallel with the air fluid to reduce the separation bubble area arising in the heat sink.
