PURPOSE: An ink injection system for an ink cartridge is provided to speedily inject ink of a predetermined amount to an ink cartridge without any air bubbles by maintaining an inside of the ink cartridge vacuum and supplying ink from a surge tank. CONSTITUTION: An ink injection system for an ink cartridge includes a surge tank(10) storing ink, a quantitative ink supply(20) connected to the surge tank via an ink injection line(11) to be supplied with the ink and having a controller(22) for controlling quantitative supply of the ink always, an ink injector(30) connected to the quantitative supply via an ink injection line(24) to be supplied with the ink and mounted with a nozzle(32) fitted in a hole of an ink cartridge(40) at a lower part, and a vacuum pump(50) connected to an end of a suction line(51), the suction line connected to the ink injector for inhaling residual ink in the ink injector and air in the ink cartridge.
