PURPOSE: A hinge assembly for opening a cover of a mobile radiophone by one touch is provided to conveniently open and shut the cover by using one hand and maintain the opened and shut state of the cover. CONSTITUTION: An axis element(1) of a cover is formed with the first axial part(1a) for inserting an adhesion hole of the cover, the second axial part(1b) passing through a circular through hole(2h) of a fixed incline groove member(3b), the third axial part(1c) passing through a square through hole(3h) of a movable incline groove member(3a), and a flange(1f) formed in the first axial part(1a). The fixed incline groove member(3b) is fixed by using a coupling hole(4e) of the middle part of a case(4) and a coupling hole(4e') of a bottom plate(4a). The movable incline groove member(3a) is additionally installed in the fixed incline groove member(3b) by the first spring(3s). An opening maintaining element of the cover maintains the opened or shut state of the cover by lodging the flange(1f) of the axis on the fixed protrusion or coupling the flange(1f) with the fixed hole.
